More Info

These runs will start from locations within 25-45 mins drive.

Start time unless otherwise indicated 9.30 am Distance 8-10 miles (sometimes longer). The idea is to have a number of run leaders who will lead a run each week on a route of their own choice, road, off road, multi terrain (or even ad hoc on the day). This way no one is committed to turning up every week (we're all busy).

Post run there may be the opportunity for tea/coffee depending on the location.

Non club members are welcome on these runs!
If you'd like to lead a run just get in touch ...the routes can be anything you want it to be urban, country, club summer/winter routes, anything. It's about getting together on a Sunday having a natter and enjoying it.

Details for each week's run will be on the dedicated Facebook group page : "Congleton Harriers and friends Sunday Rundays"  Please let me know if you are coming via the dedicated page or message me. I don’t always get round to posting the runs on all the clubs platforms i.e. Website, Heja, or Members Facebook Page, but they are always on the dedicated page.

You can also send me a request to join the dedicated Facebook Page (link below) and I'll add you. That way you won’t miss any of the upcoming runs.”
